China’s dating and chat app Momo files to go public in the U.S. and raise $300 million. Alibaba owns an 21 percent stake in Momo, started up by Netease founder Yan Tang. Other investors include Matrix Partners China, Sequoia Capital China and Yunfeng Capital. WSJ
